Returns Policy

​Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging.

Rebel Ear Designs is not responsible for the cost of the return postage. All Items should be returned to the returns address via a recorded delivery service, which will allow tracking of the item or a signature. Proof of postage must be obtained.

If you return your purchase after the 14-day return policy, we will not be able to process your refund. All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your return ( not including bank holidays). We only refund Monday to Friday.

​Personalised items and jewellery are non-refundable unless faulty. 

All items must be returned in original packaging with labels and tags attached and in new condition.​

 

If, on the rare occasion, your jewellery is damaged in shipping your jewellery will be replaced free of charge. Please send pictures of the damage to us so we can assess what has happened so we can improve our products.
